How to use a comb binding machine?
- Before use, carefully position the comb binding machine in a safe position.
- Before using the binder, make the necessary adjustments, such as adjusting the comb opener's size and disengaging the punching die pins that are not needed.
- Gather all of the needed sheets, including the front and back covers. Put in around 80% of the maximum amount the machine can produce.
- Pull the handle to punch the holes in the sheets.
- Put the comb in the comb opener.
- Push the lever on the comb's handle to open the comb.
- Pass the open spines of the combs through the holes in the binding edge of your sheets.
- To close the comb, simply depress the release button on the comb opening and the comb will close automatically. And, you are done!
